- It covers only the Vegas Loop stations approved under the Clark County Franchise Agreement, and each station requires its own permit of occupancy before it can go live
- Every ride must use the underground Vegas Loop tunnels and cannot be completed on surface streets alone
- Rides are priced point to point on a per-passenger basis
- Vehicles used aren't capped in number, but every one of them must be part of the parent company's existing Vegas Loop fleet
Notably, the Authority has treated the Vegas Loop's above-ground component as a special service and airport transfer service rather than as a rideshare-style Transportation Network Company, a classification The Boring Company has reportedly disputed.
